About the role

Are you ready to shape the future of nursing leadership on the Isle of Man?

As the Interim Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery, you play a key role in developing a culture of patient safety, continuous improvement, innovation, professional excellence, and connected care across the Island.

In this critical leadership role, you will work alongside the Executive Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions to strengthen clinical leadership and support the delivery of the Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Plan; your experience working with strategic partners on policy, strategy, and healthcare inspection will be essential as you help shape future-facing care pathways and influence decision-making at the highest level.

You will lead with clarity, vision and empathy, offering direction and support to nurses, midwives, and other professionals and driving service transformation to ensure that care delivery remains aligned with the long-term priorities and vision of Manx Care.
