About the role
Are you looking for a new challenge in a dynamic multi-disciplinary setting?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the existing Operational Site team at Noble’s Hospital as Access & Capacity Discharge Assistant Coordinator, where you will contribute to the smooth running of the hospital by supporting the delivery of safe and effective patient discharge/transfer of care. This will include attending board rounds, assisting with referrals to Ramsey District Cottage Hospital, liaising with ward staff, the wider multi-disciplinary team and both patients/families.
Using your ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent communication skills, you will work under the direction of senior staff to remaining focused on safe, effective and person-centred care.
