About the role

Are you ready to lead the delivery of a major national project with wide-reaching financial impact?

As Indirect Tax Revenue Manager, you’ll take a lead role in managing the delivery of the Final Expenditure Revenue Sharing Arrangements (FERSA), working closely with Treasury, HMRC, industry and stakeholders across Government. This high-profile role sits at the heart of Government, with responsibility for planning, coordinating and reporting on each FERSA calculation round.

You’ll work with Statistics Isle of Man to deliver data strategies, manage communications, identify key economic indicators and collaborate with HMRC on final reports. You’ll also act as a key ambassador for the FERSA process, providing regular updates to Ministers and senior committees.

This strategic and autonomous role is ideal for someone with strong analytical, project management and communication skills. You may also lead small teams and support wider senior management across the Customs and Immigration Division.

If you’re ready to take on a challenging and influential leadership role, we’d love to hear from you!
