About the role
These roles have been developed as part of a clinically led team structure, creating specialised leadership within each clinical area. - Champion integrated care pathways across hospital and community settings
- Lead transformation and service redesign in line with Manx Care’s strategic goals
- Be a visible, values-driven leader who inspires excellence and collaboration
The divisional leadership model promotes collaboration across divisions and function, sharing best practices, resources and ideas to improve patient outcomes. You’ll play a central role in aligning strategies and initiatives with Manx Care’s overarching goals and vision, ensuring that clinical practices contribute to organisational success.
These roles also support career progression within the nursing profession, offering leadership opportunities and encouraging the development of skills and expertise.

- Registered Nurses or Allied Health Professionals
- Skilled in clinical governance, workforce development, and service transformation
- Passionate about collaborative, person-centred care
- Committed to the values of CARE – Committed, Accountable, Respectful, Excellent
