About the role

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping people find the answers they need? We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Solutions Hub Officer to be the first point of contact for HR queries from across the Isle of Man Government. In this varied role, you’ll respond to questions via phone and our online ticket system, guide colleagues through HR processes, and help them make the most of our self-service tools, all while safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
