Shape the Future of Integrated Care on the Isle of Man
Manx Care is seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking clinical leader, with
relevant experience of leadership as a GP, Consultant, Dentist or Associate Specialist, to take on the pivotal role of Divisional Director - Integrated Primary, Community and Therapy Services. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of integrated care within a vibrant, close-knit island community, where your leadership will make a direct and lasting impact on patients, carers and staff across integrated primary, community and therapy services.

Manx Care recently redefined its organisational structure to support a clinically led team model, establishing specialised leadership within each clinical area. This approach ensures that clinical expertise is central to decision-making, with each Divisional Director bringing deep knowledge and experience to address the specific needs and challenges within their division.

The divisional leadership team fosters collaboration across clinical and operational functions, encouraging the exchange of best practices, ideas and resources to enhance patient outcomes. Divisional Directors play a key role in aligning local strategies and initiatives with the broader organisational goals and vision, driving consistency and impact across the organisation.

As part of our clinically led leadership model, this role places clinical expertise at the heart of decision-making. You’ll work alongside a dedicated Divisional General Manager and Divisional Director of Nursing & AHPs to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across the division. In addition to strengthening leadership at all levels, this model creates clear pathways for career progression, offering opportunities for individuals to grow, lead, and further develop their clinical and leadership expertise.

We recognise this is a part time role. Manx Care has a number of other vacancies across different disciplines, and candidates are encouraged to discuss other work opportunities with the hiring manager.
