The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) regulates firms engaged in financial activities, including insurance, pensions, banking, investments, fiduciary services and fund administration. The Authority is also responsible for oversight of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance for those involved in the financial sector as well as a range of other Designated Businesses and has oversight of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Act 2017.
SENIOR MANAGER – ENHANCED SUPERVISION
An exciting and dynamic opportunity has arisen at the Authority for the role of Senior Manager -Enhanced Supervision in the High and Medium Impact (HMI) Supervision Division. The HMI Supervision Division supervises the larger licenceholders in the following sectors: investment business, fund services, corporate services and trust services.
Extensive relevant finance sector experience in a regulatory, operational, compliance, assurance, risk or audit role and experience in fund services and investment business is essential. Strong analytical skills and proven people management and leadership skills are also essential. The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification relevant to the financial services industry and an accounting qualification is desirable.
