🎓 Band 5 Development Rotational Occupational Therapist
Kick-start your OT career with a structured rotational programme that offers diverse clinical experience and specialist training across multiple settings. Become a Band 6 in 18 months!
What you need
✔ Recently or close to qualifying as an Occupational Therapist
✔ HCPC Registered or registration pending
✔ Experience in an acute setting from your student clinical placements
✔ A full UK driving licence
🚀 Band 6 Rotational & Community Occupational Therapist
Ready for your next challenge? Our Band 6 rotational or community OT roles offer varied placements with increased responsibility and the chance to actively contribute to service development and clinical supervision.
What you need
✔ BSc or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy
✔ Registration with the HCPC
✔ Sufficient post registration experience
✔ A full UK driving licence

Supporting you to support our community
✔ Earn more at Band 5 & Band 6 with salaries which are higher than and separate to UK NHS pay bands. Unlike the UK, your pay will increase after 12 months. You will also receive an additional £1,000 in your 1st, 13th and 25th payslip, in recognition of your work with Manx Care.
