About the role
How would you like to lead a service where your decisions directly improve the experience of children and families every single day?
Step into the role of Matron for Paediatrics and take charge of delivering safe, high quality, child centred care across inpatient, outpatient and Emergency Department settings. You’ll provide visible, expert leadership to paediatric nursing teams, drive clinical standards, support seamless transitions into adult services and act as deputy to the Senior Matron.
This role gives you the scope to stretch your leadership, influence practice at scale and bring your ideas to life. You will have the freedom to develop staff, strengthen clinical pathways and drive meaningful improvement in a service that values expertise, collaboration and compassionate care.
