We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Team Leader to join our Emergency Department at Noble’s Hospital, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shape exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the daily running of the Emergency Department, combining hands‑on clinical decision making with clear, proactive leadership. You’ll help drive service improvements, uphold quality and safety, and create a supportive environment where staff can grow and thrive. This is a role where your skills, compassion and resilience will directly influence patient care, support colleagues and make a real difference every day.
