As a Sister/Charge Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will take the lead in coordinating the department, guiding the nursing team and delivering safe, timely and evidence based care for adults and children. You will assess, prioritise and escalate patient needs, maintain clear communication across the service and step into the Shift Coordinator role when delegated to keep the department running smoothly.
This role gives you the space to apply your experience, influence practice and support the development of others while contributing to meaningful improvements in patient care.
