About the role

Are you ready to step into a role where your expertise makes an immediate impact on acutely unwell patients?

Join our team as a Critical Care Outreach Team (CCOT) Practitioner at Noble’s Hospital and help shape the delivery of advanced clinical care and high-quality education. Working within a specialist team, you’ll support the management of acutely unwell patients through critical care outreach, resuscitation services, acute care informatics, and selected advanced procedures. Using your acute or critical care experience, you’ll respond swiftly to patient deterioration, offer expert guidance, and promote evidence-based practice at the point it’s needed most.

This evolving role also gives you the opportunity to make a real impact beyond the bedside. You’ll contribute to Medical Emergency Team calls while designing and delivering engaging education to strengthen recognition and response across the organisation. With a rotation between CCOT and the Intensive Care Unit, you’ll continue developing your clinical and teaching skills while supporting wider services. Working across a 7-day clinical service, alongside primarily weekday training delivery, you’ll join a flexible, forward-thinking team focused on continuously improving patient care.

If you’re motivated and ready to bring your skills to a fast-paced, impactful role, apply now and take the next step in your career!
