We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join the Sterile Services Department at Noble’s Hospital as a Trainee Sterile Services Technician. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career in healthcare, with full training and development provided while you work towards professional qualifications. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll play a vital behind‑the‑scenes role ensuring surgical and medical instruments are thoroughly cleaned, decontaminated, assembled and ready for safe use across theatres, wards and clinics, helping clinicians deliver the very best care.

✔ Be promoted to Band 4 within 12 months. The Band 3 Annex C posts are development roles, where you will undertake in house training with the aim of gaining the competencies required to fulfil a Band 4 position. Things to note
An enhanced police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
