Job Advert
We asked our previous Accommodation Services Manager what stands out about the role - here’s what they said:
“What I enjoy most about my role is the variety that comes with each project or task. Every experience brings new opportunities to develop skills, adapt to changing situations, and grow both professionally and personally. I enjoy working in environments that encourage innovation, communication, and continuous improvement, as they allow me to stay engaged and motivated while contributing my best work.”
“The team culture is collaborative and supportive. Staff are encouraged to share ideas, help each other, and take ownership of their work. Communication is open, and there’s a strong focus on delivering results while maintaining a positive working environment.”
