Join Manx Care’s Long Term Conditions Therapy Team and take a leading role in delivering specialist, patient-centred care across the Isle of Man. In this community-based post, you’ll carry out assessments and deliver tailored interventions in patients’ homes, outpatient clinics and, where needed, Noble’s Hospital - helping individuals manage chronic progressive neurological conditions and improve their quality of life.
Working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, you’ll bring your clinical expertise, strong communication skills and compassionate approach to every interaction. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners, contributing to high-quality care while continuing to develop your own specialist practice in a varied and rewarding setting.

An enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
