About the role
Manx National Heritage are recruiting Retail and Commercial Services Assistants based at 1 Market Square, Castletown. There is one 15 Hour position and one 22 Hour 30 Minute position available.
This varied, customer-facing role sits at the heart of the visitor experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and positive visit from arrival to departure. You’ll support retail and admissions activity, deliver excellent customer service, and help create an efficient and friendly environment across the site.
Motivated by achieving targets, you’ll actively promote retail products, admissions, donations, and membership, contributing to income generation and supporting Manx National Heritage’s work conserving, protecting, and promoting the Island’s heritage. You’ll be a positive, energetic team player with a can-do attitude, flexible across all aspects of site operations, including supporting events and group visits, while always delivering outstanding customer service.

Things to note
A basic police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
