Join Treasury’s Financial Advisory Service as an Assistant Finance Business Partner and take a leading role in delivering high-quality financial advice, insight and support to customer departments. You’ll work at the heart of decision-making - partnering with stakeholders, contributing to budget planning and performance monitoring, and providing clear, evidence-based analysis that helps deliver strategic objectives. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a small team while championing strong customer partnerships and representing the service in a variety of settings. You’ll be responsible for financial management and reporting, supporting strategic planning and decision-making, and driving performance through continuous improvement. With a focus on control, compliance and value for money, you’ll also play a key part in developing colleagues, strengthening capability, and ensuring high professional standards across the service.
