About the role

Would you love to make a difference caring for older people living with dementia?

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Social Care Workers to join our friendly team at Reayrt Skyal, situated in Ramsey, where you’ll provide high quality, person centred care and respond to our residents’ needs daily.

Some of your day to day duties will include supporting and engaging with residents at meal time, escorting residents to appointments and assisting with activities, completing and reviewing paperwork, care plans and risk assessments, and assisting residents to get up or go to bed, including personal care and bathing. You don’t need any qualifications for this role and will receive comprehensive on the job training!
