About the role
Looking for a rewarding role where every day brings the chance to make a difference? Join our friendly team in the Acute Medical Unit as a Health Care Assistant and play an important part in delivering high-quality care to patients when they need it most. Working alongside Registered Practitioners and a wider multi-professional team, you'll help support patients with their daily living needs, including personal care, nutrition, mobility and observations, while assisting with a range of clinical duties. Through your compassion, professionalism and excellent communication skills, you'll help create a positive experience for patients and their families throughout their stay.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your clinical knowledge, develop new skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced hospital environment. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, contribute to service improvements and be supported to grow in confidence and capability. If you're caring, enthusiastic and able to work independently when needed, we'll help you develop into a valued member of the team.

Things to note
An enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
