Ready to take charge of critical care and lead with confidence?
As a Sister / Charge Nurse within the Intensive Care and High Dependency Unit at Noble’s Hospital, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients. Leading a skilled multidisciplinary team within our 6-bed ICU/HDU, you'll oversee complex clinical care, make critical decisions, coordinate service delivery and ensure the highest professional standards are maintained on every shift. This is an opportunity to combine advanced critical care expertise with visible clinical leadership in a highly specialised environment.
This role offers the chance to fully utilise your clinical judgement, leadership skills and critical care experience while helping to shape the future of the service. You'll support and develop staff, influence practice, contribute to quality improvement and act as a trusted deputy to the Matron for Critical Care. Whether you're an experienced Band 7 nurse or a Band 6 nurse with significant critical care experience looking for your next step, you'll be given the autonomy to lead, the support to grow and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Things to note
