Care café CATERING ASSISTANT

25 hours per week on a Limited Term Appointment up to March 2027.

(Working Hours 9:30 to 14:45 with some flexibility required)


We have an exciting opportunity within a new commercial catering venture supporting Utmost with their onsite café. This role is an essential position within the café team; your contribution will directly support the success of the venture generating income for Hospice Isle of Man to help fund patient care.


You will need to have a passion for food, be able to deliver great customer service and have a flexible “can do” attitude. You will also have good communication skills and be able to work well under pressure in a busy café environment and manage a variety of tasks whilst remaining calm and productive.

This role is offered on a part time basis for a limited term up to March 2026. There may be an opportunity to extend this term if the contract is renewed depending upon the success of this venture. An ability to be flexible on working hours to support leave or cover occasional out of hours requests would also be required.
