About the role
Are you an experienced therapist seeking a role that combines clinical practice, professional leadership and service development?
Join our Community Wellbeing Service as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and use your specialist expertise to support people experiencing a wide range of common and complex mental health difficulties. You'll undertake specialist assessments, develop tailored treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help individuals make meaningful and lasting changes. Working closely with service users, families, carers and professional colleagues, you'll play an important role in supporting recovery, promoting resilience and improving mental wellbeing across the community.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously while contributing to the wider development of psychological services. You'll provide specialist advice, consultation, training and supervision, share your knowledge with colleagues and help shape a psychologically informed approach to care. Alongside a varied and rewarding caseload, you'll be encouraged to continue developing your professional skills, contribute to service improvement initiatives and play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health support across a range of settings.

Things to note
An enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
