Job Advert
This role is a limited term appointment for 6 months.
About the role
Could you lead a team that helps patients access high‑quality dental care in a supportive and inclusive environment?
As Dental Nurse Team Leader within the Community Dental Service, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of preventative‑focused dental care for patients who may find it difficult to access general dental services. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll help ensure patients receive a positive and welcoming experience.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll provide clinical and administrative leadership to the Dental Nursing team, supporting day‑to‑day running of the service while maintaining high standards of care. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll continue to work hands-on within clinics, contributing to a service that places patients at the heart of everything we do. This is an excellent opportunity to combine leadership with hands‑on clinical practice, while developing your skills within a specialist and supportive service.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your dental nursing career and lead a dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you!
