About the role
Lead the future of Government Communications on the Isle of Man!
As Head of Strategy, Planning and Campaigns (Government Communications), you will lead the development of a modern, digital first and data driven communications approach across the Isle of Man Government. Working closely with the Interim Director of Communications and the communications leadership team, you will turn Government priorities into clear communication and campaign plans, oversee strategic planning and performance, and provide senior advice to Ministers, leaders and departments. You will also lead brand strategy, internal communications, campaign prioritisation and evidence based improvements that strengthen public understanding, trust and engagement.
This is a rare opportunity to influence communications at the highest level of Government and help shape how major priorities, policies and campaigns are understood across the Island. You will have the autonomy to drive new approaches, inform decision-making through insight and evidence, and embed a more coordinated and effective way of working. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate complex priorities into clear plans and improve outcomes will be central to the future of communications across the public sector.
