Are you an experienced GP ready to shape the future of community-based care in the Isle of Man?

As GP Lead for the Eastern Locality Health & Care Community, you’ll provide clinical leadership across the locality, combining patient-focused clinical work with responsibility for governance, service development and continuous improvement. Working alongside General Practice, community and secondary care, social care practitioners and third-sector partners, you’ll help strengthen integrated services and support the delivery of more care closer to home.

You’ll be an integral part of the Integrated Primary and Community Care senior team, influencing key decisions and working closely with operational and nursing leads to maintain high clinical standards. From supporting practitioners and developing effective relationships to driving the Primary Care at Scale and Home First agendas, you’ll play a central role in developing responsive, efficient locality services that deliver strong outcomes for patients.

Ready to lead positive change in primary and community care? Apply today and help shape the Eastern Locality’s services.

Please note, While this post is advertised at 24 hours per week, we recognise the value of combining leadership and clinical practice. For the right candidate, a full-time commitment of up to 10 sessions per week (40 hours) could be considered, incorporating four sessions as a Salaried GP alongside the locality leadership responsibilities.
