About the role

Could you shape the future of healthcare by leading the people, culture and workforce strategy behind it?

Working closely with the Chief Executive, Board, Executive Leadership Team and clinical leaders, you will help ensure the organisation has the capability, capacity and culture needed to deliver safe, effective and compassionate healthcare services for the Isle of Man community.

This is an opportunity to lead large-scale transformation at a time of continuing change and development. You will use workforce intelligence, data and innovation to drive informed decision-making, champion inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures, and oversee strategies that support organisational performance and long-term sustainability. If you are a visible and credible executive leader who can inspire others, influence change and build strong partnerships across complex organisations, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on both the workforce and the services they deliver.
