About the role
Could you use your senior leadership experience to shape strategy, influence decision making and drive meaningful improvements across education services?
Join us as Head of Policy, Strategy and Governance Division, where you'll lead a diverse portfolio spanning policy, strategic planning, governance, assurance, business intelligence and corporate services. Working at the heart of the Department of Education, Sport and Culture, you'll turn Government and Department priorities into clear, evidence informed and deliverable programmes, while leading significant cross Department initiatives.

You'll have the scope to shape long term priorities, drive continuous improvement and strengthen decision making across the Department, while working alongside senior leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes for education services across the Island. Things to note
A basic police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
