About the role
Are you looking for an administration role where your organisation, initiative and people skills can truly shine?
Join the Community Mental Health Service for Adults as an Administrative Support Officer and become part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team delivering specialist mental health care across the Island. Working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists and social workers, you'll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day operation of a busy clinical service, helping ensure patients receive the support they need.
This varied and rewarding role combines administration, communication and problem-solving. You'll coordinate clinics and home visits, manage busy diaries, prepare correspondence and reports, maintain accurate records and respond to enquiries from service users, families and professionals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building positive relationships and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, you'll find a supportive team and plenty of opportunities to make a meaningful contribution.
If you're ready to make a difference behind the scenes of an essential healthcare service, we'd love to hear from you.
