About the role and our team

Join our friendly and dedicated team in the Emergency Department at Noble’s Hospital on the beautiful Isle of Man! 

We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, patient-focused and able to work as part of a team.

Within the Emergency Department we care for patients with a variety of problems including injuries and illness across all age groups. You will work in partnership with colleagues across Manx Care and the wider emergency services to provide high quality and timely care to the Island’s population.

Your main duties will be the assessment of patient needs and delivering programs of care to patients whilst maintaining a high standard of nursing care. You will be responsible for continuously improving your own knowledge and experience and organising your own workload to ensure the interests of your patients' are top priority.

    • Time + 30% for work after 8pm

  • For candidates not on the Isle of Man we will reimburse your interview expenses and give you a relocation package of up to £7,000 to get you, your things and your family to the island.   • For those relocating or returning to the island you will receive a refund on your national insurance contributions made in your first year, this could be up to £4,400!
