About the role and our team

Join our team as a Health and Care Transformation Project Manager within Cabinet Office!

You would be part of a progressive and dedicated team that is part of the Health and Care Transformation Programme who are making a real difference to the health and care system on the Isle of Man.

This role is within the future-focussed Health and Care Transformation Programme, which is tasked with delivering the recommendations of the Sir Jonathan Michael report. It offers an opportunity to work within the Cabinet Office and to work collaboratively across Department boundaries to make a real difference.

Some of the activities you will be responsible for will be:

  • Developing, maintaining and delivering to the project and stage plan;
  • Risk and issue management;
  • Evaluation, monitoring and regularly reviewing and reporting on progress of the Project;
  • Working with the Project Lead through all stages of the Project; 
  • Leading on the identification of necessary resources for the Project and working closely with the Transformation Programme Management Office.
