About the role and our team

Are you looking for an opportunity to support the delivery of IT services to Government Departments, Boards and Agencies?

Join our team as a Customer Experience Manager within Government Technology Services (GTS).

Within this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure that they are making the most of the IT services available to them and that they are able to derive true value from them. You will ensure that our services are aligned with business priorities and requirements.

You will build strong and long lasting relationships with our customers allowing GTS to have an understanding of the goals and outcomes and how we, as their IT partner, can help them to be achieved.
