About the role and our team
Join our team as a Senior Nurse within the Emergency Department, at Noble's Hospital on the Isle of Man!
Within the Emergency Department we care for patients with a variety of problems including injuries and illness across all age groups. You will work in partnership with colleagues across Manx Care and the wider emergency services to provide high quality and timely care to the Island’s population.
Your main duties will be to lead and support the Departments Charge Nurses and Team Leaders to implement Hospital wide initiatives, to drive change and champion quality driven compassionate care, for all who access the Emergency Department.
As part of your role you will promote a culture where staff proactively encourage feedback from patients, carers and their families. You will listen to the views of staff and other stakeholders using patient experiences, patient stories and quality data, to ensure that care and compassion is constantly reviewed and improved.
If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we’d love to hear from you!
What can this role offer me?
By joining us you’ll be stepping away from NHS pressures and demands, as the Island’s healthcare system is similar but separate to the UK NHS.
You will have access to excellent development facilities and support, including our on-site education and training centre Keyll Darree. You can also take advantage of the great courses we offer through LEaD, our Learning, Education and Development Service.
Free on-site parking is available at Noble’s Hospital.
