About the role and our team
Join our friendly team within the Respiratory/Medical Ward at Noble's Hospital on the Isle of Man!
Our team delivers non-invasive ventilation and we are the dedicated ward within the hospital for tracheotomy care.
As a member of a multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for the nursing assessment of patient care needs and safe transfer of patients within the hospital and organisation, as well as coordinating off-Island transfers and contributing to the effective discharge planning of patients.
You will be actively encouraged to promote your own ideas and skills and will have opportunities for higher band training and training in areas of interest that will support the ward.
This is a varied and interesting role where you will be working in a supportive and developing environment within our dedicated and hardworking team.

- For candidates not on the Isle of Man we will reimburse your interview expenses and give you a relocation package of up to £7,000 to get you, your things and your family to the island. You will also be eligible for housing assistance to help contribute towards your mortgage or rent on the island
- For those relocating or returning to the island you will receive a refund on your national insurance contributions made in your first year, this could be up to £4,000!
- A recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the first, thirteenth and twenty-fifth months of employment

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
