About the role and our team

Join our team as the Occupational Health Service Manager!

We are looking for someone with experience of teaching and training and significant experience of working within the Occupational Health Field to be part of our small, friendly and supportive team.

Within this role, you will promote positive mental wellbeing and empower employees to manage their own health conditions ensuring a high standard of advice and support is delivered to all service users.

This role allows you to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of the working age population and be able to manage your own complex, clinical caseload supporting a diverse workforce.

If you would relish the challenge of being responsible for the strategic development and direction of the Service and are passionate about providing evidence based advice to support individuals to stay in or return to work, we would love to hear from you.
