About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified Mathematics Teacher to work within a highly successful Department at Queen Elizabeth II High School. Experience of working in a successful team promoting whole school improvement is essential. This position is required as soon as possible or 20th April 2020 or 1st September 2020.
The purpose of this post is to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. You will be responsible for:
- Leading, managing and developing Key Stage 3 teaching and learning in Mathematics
- Leading and managing pupil development in Mathematics across that key stage
- The impact on the educational progress of pupils other than the teacher’s assigned classes or groups of pupils, in Mathematics for Key Stage 3
- Leading, developing and enhancing the teaching practice of other staff, namely teachers of Mathematics in Key Stage 3
Please note an enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, which the Department will cover the cost of for you.
