You'll have access to excellent development facilities and support, including our on-site education & training centre and have regular opportunities for placements in regional tertiary centres. We are very active in the North West Neonatal Operational Delivery Network and through this activity, you'll benefit from on island training and experience delivered by Network specialists in Simulation training, NLS, In Flight nursing etc.

You’ll keep more of your hard earned salary, as the Isle of Man offers a National Insurance Holiday Scheme. This means you can apply for a refund on National Insurance contributions for your first year of living or returning to the Isle of Man.
