Join our team as Deputy Headteacher for Ballacottier Primary School!
Within this role, you will work in partnership with the Headteacher and Governing Body to provide excellent leadership, guidance and support for staff and pupils, to maintain and further improve the good quality of education and school improvements.
You will be part of a hardworking, supportive team where some of your responsibilities will include:
- Deputising for the Headteacher in their absence or as requested
- Fulfilling the role of class teacher if required and to be a leading practitioner
- Ensuring the vision for the school is clearly articulated, shared and understood
- Implementing policies for the Department
You will need to be driven, dynamic and able to inspire and lead change to ensure positive outcomes for children.
This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to develop your knowledge and leadership skills. You will also have the chance to attend training and plan and deliver the schools strategic development.
