About the role and our team
Join our busy and committed Payroll Team in the Office of Human Resources as a Payroll Manager!
The services Payroll provide are fundamental in ensuring that approximately 10,000 Isle of Man Government employees and 7,500 Government pensioners are paid correctly and on time.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading this critical team, engaging the Team Leaders and Payroll Officers to deliver efficient and streamlined services.
Payroll experience would be beneficial, however this is not essential. We’re looking for someone with a desire to develop their existing leadership and change management skills. Development, guidance and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role and get the most out of the opportunity.
