About the role and our team
Join our Bank Visitor Experience Guides team to work within our iconic Manx National Heritage sites!
You will play a key role in enhancing the visitor experience at various Manx National Heritage sites by providing excellent customer service and presenting information about Manx history to our visitors.
You will also be ensuring the sites are clean and presentable, working within the site shops, helping to plan event days, as well as facilitating visits from tour and school groups.
Some of our Heritage sites include Castle Rushen, the House of Manannan, Peel Castle and the Manx Museum. Although you could be based at any of our sites, we do like to take your preferred location into account when allocating shifts. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for people who can be flexible in relation to what hours they can work.
