Operations Manager
Wakefield, West Yorkshire
£40,000 per annum. Plus Pension, Medical Cash Plan and Life Assurance

A little bit more about the role:
As an Operations Manager with Olleco you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of unified depot operations. Ensure effective routing, management of operational resources to ensure they remain legally compliant and in a good state of repair. Deliver a safe service in line with agreed customer expectations. Establish and maintain an engaged and skilled operations, warehouse and driving team.
We will be looking for:
• Operations/ Waste management experience
• A current Management CPC Qualification Card
• An IOSH Managing Safely certification, or willingness to complete as a matter of urgency
• Demonstrable experience of delivering results in a sales, customer service and multidrop logistics
• People management and a track record of improving the performance of others
• Proven experience managing multifunctional teams (serving the hospitality sector is highly advantageous)
• Excellent administrative skills, including Microsoft programs
• A real people person with a positive attitude and passion for improvement
