Q: Can I still apply for a job when the application date has passed?addremove
A: You are always welcome to contact our HR admin team at hr@prospere.org.uk or 0161 527 7953 to check if our schools are still accepting applications after the deadline. Some schools may consider late applications if shortlisting is not yet complete; however, this is not always guaranteed. We encourage you to act promptly and submit your online application as soon as possible.
Q: How long does the recruitment process take?addremove
A: Shortlisting and interviewing candidates typically takes around 2-3 weeks after the application deadline. Following a successful interview and job offer, the HR team initiates the onboarding process for the successful candidate. The timeline for onboarding varies depending on several factors, including the readiness of DBS documents, completion and submission of required forms, the DBS online application, health check, and feedback from referees.
Q: How many references do we need?addremove
A: The number of references required varies depending on the background of the shortlisted candidate. We require a minimum of two references from different schools or organizations, including the most recent employer. However, in some cases, additional references may be requested to ensure compliance with the safer recruitment process.
Q: Can I send in my CV?addremove
A: To maintain a fair and consistent recruitment process, we do not accept CVs for job applications, although you can use your CV to fill in large sections of your application form. All applicants are required to complete and submit an online application.
