As a Support Worker, you’ll support adults with additional needs to live confident, independent, and fulfilling lives—whether that’s enjoying lunch out, heading to the gym or swimming pool, or simply getting out for a breath of fresh air.
We’re currently recruiting Support Workers to join our friendly team in Peterhead. We have a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) available, alongside relief shifts, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle. All shifts are organised through a supportive and flexible staff rota.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same. Your role will include:
- Supporting everyday activities - social outings, fitness activities, walks, and time with friends
- Helping build life skills - communication, social interaction, and growing independence
- Providing in-home support - personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, household tasks, and laundry
Training & Development
No experience? No problem. We’ll give you everything you need to succeed.
- One-to-one, on-the-job training
- Expert-led classroom learning
- Access to e-learning and ongoing development opportunities
Shift Patterns
This is a 24-hour support service, so shifts include:
- Early and late shifts
- Sleepovers and night shifts
- Weekends and public holidays
All scheduled through a fair and flexible rota designed with staff wellbeing in mind.
