Dundee 24 hour Respite Service is recruiting a full time (37 hour) Support Practitioner to join their dedicated team. Shifts will include early and late shifts, sleepover and night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

About the service
Sense Scotland Dundee Respite is registered with the Care Inspectorate to provide a care home service for people with a learning disability and additional complex needs, including but not limited to, communication, behavioural support and sensory impairment.
Situated in the heart of the city and delivering 24-hour person-centred support, the service runs short breaks, respite and residential care seven days a week, all year round.
The core aim of Dundee Respite is to provide a fun and stimulating service unique and developed in consultation with the people we support and their families. The service provides opportunities for those who use it to access a range of activities both within the building and in the wider community, depending on individual wishes and aspirations. It offers an environment for people to meet up with their peers, enjoy leisure time together but also develop independent living skills.
The support delivered is unique to the person supported and tailored to their social, emotional and physical needs.
