We’re currently recruiting for a Yard Supervisor to help lead daily yard operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and organised environment.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Yard Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our branch operations. You’ll be self-motivated, a confident communicator, and eager to develop your leadership skills. This hands-on role includes:
- Overseeing the movement of all incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Managing customer collections and coordinating deliveries
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Supporting staffing management, including training and process improvement
- Leading by example and promoting our Everyone Safe, Every Day culture
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in yard management
- Hold a valid Forklift Licence
- Experience in manual handling
- Attention to detail
- To be a great team player with good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of safe working practices
- Experience in supervising a team
