Caregiver – Dedicated Support for One Client (Stratford‑upon‑Avon)

25–30 contracted hours per week, consistent shifts and meaningful one‑to‑one work

Are you confident, compassionate and looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day?

We are recruiting a Caregiver to support one of our lovely clients who lives in the Meon Vale area of Stratford‑upon‑Avon. This is a client‑specific role, offering stable hours, a consistent routine, and the chance to build a trusting, person‑centred relationship.

About the Role

You will be supporting a client who has a spinal injury and requires hands‑on assistance with daily living. Your role will include:

β€’ Supporting Personal Assistants with moving and handling related to personal care

β€’ Feeding support and help with breakfast routine

β€’ Encouraging physical therapy exercises

β€’ Providing warm, engaging companionship

β€’ Helping with day‑to‑day tasks such as feeding her much‑loved cat

β€’ Encouraging independence and supporting her environmentally friendly lifestyle and values

Experience with spinal injury is desirable but not essential; what matters most is confidence, empathy, and a genuinely person‑centred approach.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

β€’ Confident, calm, and able to work independently

β€’ Physically active and comfortable with hands‑on support

β€’ Experienced in delivering personal care

β€’ Able to build a warm, trusting relationship

β€’ Respectful of our client’s values, especially her passion for animals and environmentally friendly living

β€’ Reliable, consistent, and committed to high‑quality care

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful one‑to‑one work rather than fast‑paced, task‑driven care.

Hours & Shifts

β€’ 25–30 contracted hours per week

β€’ Set shift pattern through Monday to Sunday (every other weekend on)

β€’ Hours 7.15am to 11.15am, 2pm to 4pm, 8pm to 10pm

β€’ Stable, predictable rota

Why Join Us?

β€’ Work with one client and make a real impact

β€’ Supportive, friendly team

β€’ Full training provided, including specialist skills

β€’ Competitive pay and benefits

β€’ A role that feels rewarding every single day
