At Unique Senior Care, we specialise in one thing: people. We’re proud to provide outstanding home care services to older people, helping them stay safe, happy, and comfortable in the place they love most: their own home. We are looking for a compassionate and driven Inbound Sales Executive and Administrator to join our supportive team.

About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for people enquiring about care, helping them understand our services and guiding them through the next steps. Every conversation matters, whether someone is looking for care for themselves or a loved one, and you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of Unique Senior Care.

Alongside responding to new enquiries and supporting the sales process, as Administrator, a significant part of your role will involve providing administrative support across our Recruitment, HR and Learning & Development teams. This will include maintaining accurate records, inputting information into our company HR system and completing audit checks to help ensure our processes, systems and information remain up to date and accurate.

You’ll:

  • Respond to incoming telephone, email and online enquiries, providing a warm, professional and timely response.

  • Understand potential clients' needs, provide information about our care services and guide suitable enquiries through to a care consultation with our Registered Care Managers.

  • Build trust with prospective clients and their families by listening carefully, offering reassurance and providing clear, tailored information.

  • Follow up enquiries and maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes and next steps on our CRM system.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support thoughtful and timely communications with prospective clients and families.

  • Provide administrative support to Recruitment, HR and Learning & Development, including inputting and updating colleague information on our HR system.

  • Complete routine data checks and audits, helping to maintain accurate records and ensure information is complete and up to date.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding administration, training records and other people-related processes as required.

  • Help maintain and improve our systems, processes and ways of working, including supporting the effective use of our CRM and HR systems.

This is a varied role that combines customer engagement, inbound sales and administration. It would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, is naturally organised, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in providing a helpful and reliable service. Your contribution will support both the families looking for care and the colleagues who deliver it, helping us to ensure that people remain at the heart of everything we do.

  • Are organised and detail-focused – you enjoy managing information, maintaining accurate records, inputting data and completing administrative checks and audits.

  • Are comfortable working towards goals – you're motivated to respond to enquiries, follow up opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.

  • Are confident using IT systems – you can work with databases and computer systems and are happy learning new technology and processes.

  • Are adaptable and proactive – you enjoy variety, can manage competing priorities and are happy supporting different teams, including Recruitment, HR and Learning & Development.

  • Ideally, you will have a background in care
