We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic, positive and caring individuals to join our teams across Ayrshire as Support Workers. We have various full-time and part-time contracts along with relief opportunities. Current salary is £9.50 per hour with £10.02 pay award pending!

The Role

​​​​​​​As a Support Worker you will deliver high quality person-centred support, empowering the people we support to make choices, live independently and achieve their goals. You will liaise and work in close partnership with families and the multi-disciplinary team. You will also be responsible for reviewing and maintaining Personal Support Plans, including undertaking risk assessments as appropriate. 

To be a great Support Worker we will need you have the following qualities;

  • Positive approach to learning.
  • Confidence in the use of technology.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
