When you need help our Spectrum Life programme is there to support you. Talking about the issue you are facing can be the first step to helping you make better sense of your concern or query. Spectrum Life can offer confidential support 24/7. They offer information, support and counselling on home or work issues, challenging situations and medical concerns.

We tend to think of Spectrum Life as being something offered only when you need personal support or counselling but Spectrum Life offers much more than that. Their team can help you with legal support, a medical helpline, day to day information services, a digital gym, be calm programmes and fitness and nutrition advice and guidance.
