The Brand Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and consistency of brand strategies for SNAP, A&S, and intruck across the UK and EU markets. Working closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Brand and Digital Marketing, the Brand Executive ensures that every initiative aligns with the brand’s identity and objectives, contributing to its growth and visibility in key markets.
This role involves supporting brand strategy development, coordinating activities with agencies, assisting with events, conducting market research, and managing the procurement of all printed marketing materials. The Brand Executive is instrumental in ensuring brand consistency, supporting project management, and providing logistical support to strengthen the impact of the SNAP brands across all touchpoints.
Through collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors, the Brand Executive ensures that all outputs reflect professionalism, innovation, and alignment with the company’s values and goals. By staying informed about market trends and cultural differences, they play a key role in ensuring the SNAP brands remain competitive and relevant in diverse markets.

Key responsibilities:
Assist the Brand Manager in shaping and conveying the brand identity, positioning, and value proposition for SNAP, A&S and intruck in UK and EU markets.
Work closely with the Head of Brand to support the development of the A&S website and communication strategies.
Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and brand performance metrics to help refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Digital Team to support the creation of content strategies for A&S, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
Coordinate with UK and European agencies to align activities with SNAP’s internal team availability and objectives.
Review agency outputs to ensure they meet objectives, adhere to brand guidelines, and maintain the appropriate tone of voice.
Manage quotes and translations from professional language services, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
Provide logistical and on-site support for brand events in the UK and EU, including assistance with commercial events as required as well as participate in post-event reporting.
Work with the Brand Manager to coordinate with UK and EU vendors, sourcing materials such as signage, marketing collateral, merchandise, and staff uniforms. Ensure all procured materials meet quality and branding standards while being delivered on time.
Assist in coordinating brand assets for UK and EU markets, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and align with target audience needs.
Conduct research to understand target audience preferences and cultural differences across UK and EU markets.
Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform future branding initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
Handle administrative tasks such as agency coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, and managing brand asset libraries.
Conduct keyword research to inform and optimise content for various platforms and target audiences.
Write and edit copy for different outputs, including web content, social media posts, marketing collateral, email campaigns, and event materials.
Ensure all written content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging objectives.
Articulate ideas clearly, present strategies to stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
A deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, ensuring all branding efforts enhance user experience and engagement.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
Analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics, customer insights, and market research, using data to inform and refine branding strategies.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, SharePoint, and other relevant electronic digital portal proficiency.
Professional conduct in all client and team interactions.
Ideally you will be a Marketing graduate or equivalent.
