We are looking for Customer Sales Advisors to join us in our Cheltenham office, as part of our domestic fuel sales team. This is a permanent full time hours Mon - Fri with some Saturday working.
As a Customer Sales Advisor for Certas Energy you’ll have access to:

In a vital role to the companies success, our Customer Sales Advisor work in a fast paced environment by helping our domestic heating oil customers with placing their orders, and giving them the experience of exceptional service. You will identify all current customer needs and investigate future potential needs, in order to present customers with the relevant products and services that will contribute to their satisfaction.
As a Customer Sales Advisor you will be required to have excellent margin management skills, using a combination of up selling, account management and cross-selling as indicated within KPIs / performance targets. You will also be required to work within a team that aims to exceed expectations of customers by effectively identifying and matching customer needs in a professional, responsive and effective manner.
